Begin the process here by paying the registration fee and complete your class selection through the confirmation link in your email. Registration applications are processed as they are received, and enrollment emails will be sent shortly after. At that point you will receive instructions for next steps. Referral Program
At Prospect Preschool, we care about our families and know they love spreading the word about the amazing things we do. Beginning with the 2024-2025 year, we are excited to introduce a Referral Incentive Program through which current Prospect families with a child enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year can receive a one-time $100 credit toward their October 2024 tuition if they refer a family whose child enrolls in the same academic year. There is no limit to the number of referrals and to qualify, the new family must complete the Registration Form for their child on or after May 15, inclusive of the name of the referring family, and enroll their child at Prospect for the 2024-2025 academic year. Referrals will be honored on a space available basis and cannot be applied retroactively. Credit(s) will be issued as a one-time credit toward the October 2024 tuition payment for the referring family. Does not apply to Prospect Bunnies

TUITION & Payments
All financial transactions will be executed through Jovial (our administration system). There are two options: (1) echeck, which has a per transaction processing fee, or (2) credit card, which has a percent-based processing fee. Parents are required to pay the processing fee associated with their payment.
Monthly payments are for months that there are school (10 months, Sept–June). First/last month (Sept/June) minus the $250 registration fee are due as a deposit by 2/15. The rest of the months are due on the 1st of that month (Oct–May). If you choose to withdraw before 3/1, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you withdraw after 3/1, deposits are non-refundable and you must continue to pay tuition through the entire 24/25 school year.
If you pay tuition in full at the beginning of the year, you will receive a 5% discount (2024-2025 school year) on tuition. Siblings are eligible for a 3% discount off of the lowest tuition. Both discounts cannot be used together.

All families will continue to pay full monthly tuition throughout the year. Per the parent handbook, if you withdraw your enrollment mid-year, you are still responsible for payment unless/until your spot is filled by another student.
